This Subprocessor List describes how Controlshift Talent Private Limited (“Controlshift”, “Yuruka”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) engages third-party service providers (“Subprocessors”) to support the delivery of the Yuruka platform.

A Subprocessor is a third-party service provider engaged by Yuruka to process Customer Personal Data on our behalf in connection with providing, operating, maintaining, securing, or improving our Services.
All Subprocessors engaged by Yuruka are required to maintain appropriate contractual, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect Customer Personal Data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

To protect the security of our infrastructure and maintain operational flexibility, Yuruka does not publish a detailed public list of all subprocessors.
Enterprise Customers, existing Customers, regulators, or prospective Customers conducting security or procurement reviews may request the current Subprocessor List by contacting us.
Where appropriate, additional information may be provided subject to reasonable verification, confidentiality obligations, or applicable contractual requirements.
Yuruka may engage, replace, or discontinue Subprocessors from time to time as our Services evolve.
We perform reasonable due diligence before engaging Subprocessors and require them to maintain appropriate security, confidentiality, and privacy commitments consistent with applicable laws and our contractual obligations.
Some Subprocessors may process Personal Data in jurisdictions outside the country where the information was originally collected.
Where required by applicable law, Yuruka implements appropriate safeguards for international data transfers, including legally recognized contractual mechanisms and other applicable transfer safeguards.
