Overview
Yuruka provides recruitment, interview management, scheduling, and collaboration services. Users may choose to connect their Google Account to enable features such as calendar synchronization, interview scheduling, and Google Meet meeting creation.
This page explains how Yuruka accesses, uses, stores, and protects Google user data obtained through Google APIs.
Information Accessed From Google
When a user authorizes Yuruka to access their Google Account, Yuruka may access only the information required to provide requested functionality.
Depending on the permissions granted, Yuruka may access:
Google account email address
Basic profile information
Calendar event information
Calendar availability information
Google Meet meeting details
User identity information required for authentication
Yuruka only requests permissions necessary to provide its services.
How Yuruka Uses Google User Data
Google user data is used solely to:
Authenticate users
Enable secure login
Create and manage interview meetings
Generate Google Meet links
Schedule and synchronize calendar events
Display interview schedules within the Yuruka platform
Prevent scheduling conflicts
Improve the reliability and functionality of scheduling features

Prohibited Uses
Yuruka does not:
Sell Google user data
Rent Google user data
Share Google user data with data brokers
Use Google user data for advertising
Use Google user data for behavioral profiling
Use Google user data for marketing campaigns unrelated to requested services
Use Google Workspace API data to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models
Data Sharing
Yuruka does not share Google user data with third parties except:
When required to provide functionality explicitly requested by the user
With service providers operating on Yuruka’s behalf under confidentiality obligations
When required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request
To protect the security, rights, or safety of Yuruka, its users, or the public

Yuruka implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect Google user data against:

Access to Google user data is restricted to authorized systems and personnel with a legitimate business need.
Data Retention
Google user data is retained only for as long as necessary to provide requested services or comply with legal obligations.
Users may request deletion of connected Google Account data at any time.
Revoking Access
Users may revoke Yuruka’s access to their Google Account at any time through Google’s Security Settings:

Revoking access may disable certain Google-integrated features within Yuruka.
