• Candidate Assessment and Screening
• Resume Parsing & Evaluation
• Custom Hiring Reports
• ATS & Candidate Management Tools

All services are accessed through your Yuruka account.

3. Account Registration and Security

Users must create an account with accurate information. You’re responsible for safeguarding your credentials and must notify us of unauthorized access. Yuruka is not liable for misuse of accounts.

4. Subscription and Payment Terms

• Fees must be paid as specified at purchase.
• Subscriptions may be monthly or yearly and auto-renew unless canceled.
• You may cancel anytime; refunds follow our Refund Policy.
• Pricing and feature changes are notified in advance and do not affect current billing cycles.

5. User Conduct and Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Use Services for unlawful or deceptive purposes
• Upload malware, spam, or abusive content
• Disrupt, reverse-engineer, or scrape the platform
• Violate others’ privacy or intellectual property
• Use Services for profiling without legal compliance

You are responsible for content and decisions made using Yuruka tools.

6. AI-Driven Features and Disclaimers

AI tools assist in recruitment but final hiring decisions are yours. You acknowledge that:

• AI outputs are probabilistic and data-driven
• We do not guarantee fairness, accuracy, or performance
• Candidate data is not used to train AI without explicit consent

7. Third-Party Integrations

Yuruka may link to or integrate with third-party tools. We do not endorse or guarantee their services. Use of third-party tools is subject to their terms and privacy policies.

8. Intellectual Property

All rights to the platform, content, AI systems, and branding are owned by Yuruka or licensors. You’re granted a limited license to use Services internally. You may not reproduce or exploit Yuruka’s assets without permission.

9. Feedback and Submissions

Any suggestions or improvements you provide may be used by Yuruka without compensation or claim.

10. Privacy and Data Use

Your data use is governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines:

• Data collection and usage
• Your data rights
• AI data usage policies

11. Limitation of Liability

• Yuruka is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Total liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months prior to the claim.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Yuruka disclaims warranties of fitness, merchantability, or error-free operation.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of terms, legal violations, or misuse. Upon termination:

• Access is revoked
• Outstanding payments are due
• Confidentiality, IP, and data clauses survive

You can terminate your account via dashboard or support.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

15. Modifications

We may revise these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page. Continued use implies acceptance of changes.
