Refund & Cancellation Policy

Applies to all credit purchases, subscriptions, and in-app transactions on Yuruka.

Yuruka reserves the right to modify this Policy. Notice will be provided via email or Platform notifications.

1. Applicability

Applies to all credit purchases, subscriptions, and in-app transactions on Yuruka.

2. Refund Conditions
  • Credits: Non-refundable once purchased, except if fraudulent activity or payment processing errors occur. In that case amount will be refunded in the respective bank within 5-7 working days
  • Subscriptions: Monthly/annual subscription cancellations will take effect at period end; no prorated refunds for unused time.
  • Free Plan: No refunds applicable as no fees are charged.
3. Cancellation Process

Users may cancel subscriptions or request refunds by contacting support at support@yuruka.com within 7 days of purchase.

Refund requests after 7 days are evaluated case-by-case at Yuruka’s discretion.

4. Exceptional Refunds

In rare cases (service disruption exceeding 24 consecutive hours), partial credits or refunds may be issued.

5. Chargebacks

Unauthorized chargebacks will result in account suspension and possible legal action. Users must coordinate with support to resolve disputes.

6. Changes to Policy

Yuruka may revise this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time, with notice provided via email or platform notifications.
